Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is seeking an HR Professional 3. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and addressing employee concerns effectively. This HR Professional will serve as a point of contact for employees and management on employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and concerns.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and management to develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
Monitor and analyze employee relations trends and metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, staying up-to-date with changes and updates
Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees on topics such as conflict resolution, performance management, and company policies
Assist in the development and implementation of employee relations policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and values
Mediate and facilitate discussions between employees and management to resolve conflicts and improve working relationships
Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases and investigations
Participate in special projects and initiatives related to employee relations and HR programs
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong understanding of employee relations practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
