What we need:
The Sr Brand Specialist is a high performing contributor that works to facilitate and support marketing functions and projects. This role is responsible for helping implement in-depth business strategy and brand positioning and tracking marketing initiatives for brand marketing areas.
What you'll do:
• Assist in the development and implementation of all brand marketing and merchandising materials and campaigns as well as researching additional data as needed for various departments.
• Support the department with developing, conducting, and analyzing results of research projects involving specific products and/or general market conditions.
• Address requests on product application and conduct product training sessions with Sales personnel or customers as needed, including assisting with the development of training materials.
• Provide product feedback and customer comments to Marketing teams.
• Ensure all brand information on internal and external websites is current.
• Assist with developing training materials as needed for new initiatives.
• Partner with various departments to define brand messaging and initiate marketing plans.
• Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals and coordinate project workflow.
• Influence others on company policy and procedure to resolve a wide range of issues.
• Develop communication material for marketing initiatives internally and externally and ensure all information on internal and external websites is current.
• Influence others on company policy and procedure to resolve a wide range of issues.
• Successfully lead after-action reviews to identify, document, and share lessons learned.
• Make process and business decisions based on understanding of company and customer as well as industry practices, standards, and trends.
• Find ways to assess and apply innovative ideas to enhance business results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate technical, system, and process improvements.
• Perform other duties as needed.
What you have:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 4-6 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once.
• High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.
