Co-op: An 8-month long opportunity, Co-op positions are full-time employment experience. Co-ops are fully immersed into the worlds of corporate and production industry as full-time team member.
Internship: A semester long opportunity, Internships positions are a part-time employment experience. With the opportunity to extend multiple semesters, Interns tap into the foundations of our corporate and production industries.
Co-op and Intern opportunities span across 18 of Bobcat's different functions.
These student experience opportunities will be located at our West Fargo, ND location.
Role & Responsibility
Operations:
Partake in process improvement discussions.
Assist with marketing task management system, Monday.com.
Collaborate on photo shoot scheduling preparation.
Support lead and opportunity management within the Salesforce.com platform.
Manage, edit, and maintain website content.
Day-to-day operational tasks including email inbox monitoring, invoice support, agency and vendor management, photo asset requests, and metrics gathering.
Support the execution and logistics of brand activations, ensuring all operational needs are met.
Coordinate with vendors and partners for on-site event requirements and branding materials.
Assist in the preparation and organization of branded merchandise and promotional materials for events.
Activation:
Develop digital media strategies and campaigns for social media.
Create custom reporting and analyze performance data.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of brand activation events, including on-site assistance and logistics management.
Assist with the development and implementation of experiential marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and produce engaging content for activations.
Intelligence:
Prepare, analyze, and summarize marketing reports for use by various key stakeholders, creating reports, specifications, and instructions.
Analyze the effectiveness of brand experiences and activations, offering data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Track and report on consumer engagement metrics from brand activations to inform future strategies.
Planning:
Review creative content to ensure imagery, messaging, and branding are accurate.
Assist with marketing communications for external and internal audiences.
Partake in trade show planning and assist with the execution of deliverables.
Provide marketing support to dealers as needed.
Collaborate on the planning and execution of immersive brand experiences that align with overall marketing strategies.
Assist in the development of activation timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met.
Job Requirement
Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Team player, fast learner, and adaptable to change
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills is a must
A self-starter and will dig into problems independently and will look for limited guidance
Be able to commit to Doosan Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4 months)
Basic computer skills
Ability to follow written instructions
