Job Description:

Awesome opportunity to join an established accounting team to learn from the best! Work on the construction site with accounting, admin, project manager and work crew.


Duties:

• Process very detaild certified payroll from beginning to end


• Follow up on missing timecards


• Create billing packages


• Assist with payable process including purchase order administration


• 3-way matching and coding of invoices


• Various administrative duties


• Other duties as assigned.

Qualfications:

• Business Administrative Bachelor Degree - Required *accounting, finance or economics a plus


• 1 or more years of similar experience working in the construction industry- plus


• Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills


• Experience with ERP system such as SAP - plus


• Proficiency with Excel pivot tables, v lookups - required


• Ability to prioritize and pivot in a fast paced environment.
