Job Description:

Ultimate Staffing is assisting a client in North West Houston with a search for an HR Generalist - Must have 3-6 years of recent HR experience and be knowledgeable of HR processes, Detail-Oriented and have a keen eye for attention to detail. High school diploma required, college degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Professional designations such as SHRM or PHR a HUGE plus!


This is a Direct Hire role and this position will be on site.

• Maintain proper records of employee attendance, time cards, and leaves


• Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews


• Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees


• Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries


• Salary $50K-$65K + bonus potential


• Bachelors Degree in HR or a related field is preferred

Experience: Must have at 3-6 years of recent experience in an HR role
