The position will involve a variety of administrative tasks including answering phone calls, granting access to the building, and handling filing responsibilities. Additional projects will be assigned as needed, but there will be no requirement for report generation, so proficiency in Excel is not necessary. The role demands flexibility and adaptability, as the workload may shift from time to time.
Regarding filing, candidates should be prepared to engage in physical tasks such as bending and stooping, as this will involve more than just desk work.
Physical Requirements:
While the position does not involve significant lifting, the employee may occasionally need to move file boxes or items weighing up to 25 lbs. This is not expected to be a frequent task, but it is possible.

Pay:
$22 - $24 per hour
