Wells Fargo is seeking a Customer Service Associate for the Small Business Administration (SBA) Banker Team as part of Commercial Banking Operations group. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at www.wellsfargojobs.com .
This role will have direct ownership of an individual pipeline of applications and is responsible for monitoring status, performing follow up, ensuring required documentation and stipulations are satisfied to complete the application while ensuring compliance with internal Small Business Operations policies and SBA Government regulations.
In this role, you will:
Provide support to internal and external customers in account management, operations, documentation, and technical support
Review basic or tactical customer issues regarding products and services, billing, account questions, or account transactions with narrower impact
Receive direction from managers and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of the related policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
Act as a primary support person for the customer and internal partners supporting customer services
Provide information to managers as well as internal and external customers to resolve customer issues
Required Qualifications:
6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Call Center or customer facing experience
Financial Institution experience
Demonstrated experience with pipeline management
Experience working with CPS (Campaign Processing System)
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience managing multiple and competing priorities
Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks
Small Business Administration (SBA) experience
Experience with queue management
Ability to work in a fast-paced action-oriented environment
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Job Expectations:
Flexibility with schedule as shift hours will change with daylight savings time to accommodate business needs
Ability to work additional hours as needed
This position offers a hybrid work schedule
