Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Line Transformation Leads. You will be part of a small team of transformation leads advancing the Chief Technology Office (CTO) in its adoption agile and product ways of working and modern engineering practices to simplify consumer consumption of CTO services. You will represent your respective product line for incoming and outgoing Technology Change Inventory (TCI) request to streamline intake and ensure prioritization accuracy.
In this role, you will:
Serve as a 'working consultant' with a bias for outcome-focused execution, supporting the executive team for a technology infrastructure product line to organizational maturity in our product and agile transformation initiative
Lead strategy and design for unresolved transformation needs, maintaining alignment with Enterprise guardrails
Partner with product coaches and scrum master managers to advance adoption, behavior and execution within the product line, delivering customer-centric, outcome-focused solutions
Ensure product line OKRs are prioritized / limited in quantity, frequently discussed and measured, ambitious, specific, transparent and aligned with goals into delivery teams
Support the development of intangible and quantified P&L impacts associated with transformation for the product line, including a clear understanding of cost alignment and automation opportunities throughout the course of the transformation
Drive change agent expansion and engagement with product and engineering leaders to escalate challenges and focus coaching and training resources for critical team support; ensure transparency, awareness, knowledge, adoption, and recognition moments are occurring; tell the story of progress and challenges
Advocate adoption of modern engineering practices within the product line, in partnership and support of Architecture and Engineering leader initiatives
Create, align, and report out metrics which support Enterprise goals for transformation activities
Be intrinsically aware, and advocate for, ECM and Risk policies as they relate to your product line and upcoming changes
Model and advocate for a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications, US:
7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Strong business acumen and demonstrated proficiency driving customer-centric delivery
Board-level presentation and communication experience
Highly effective skills in negotiation, collaboration, partnership, and advocacy
Diverse industry experience with exposure to lean workflows (Agile, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.,) and ITIL 4
Demonstrated ability to model out scenarios and understand broader system implications (positive and negative)
Understanding of product and agile organization design principles and best practice change management techniques
Practical data analysis skills with advance excel knowledge and experience
Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira and Jira Align) and ServiceNow

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. $120,400.00 - $250,000.00 Benefits
