Whitney Oaks Care Center is seeking a skilled HR/AP/Payroll Specialist to support our mission in providing exceptional care to residents and a positive workplace for our dedicated staff. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with a proactive, positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining employee records. Help foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Accounts Payable & Payroll: Process invoices, manage payroll accurately and on time, and handle payroll-related inquiries. Support month-end and year-end processes for AP and payroll.
Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance. Support managers and staff with HR policies and updates.
Culture & Engagement: Drive employee engagement by organizing events, celebrating team achievements, and creating a welcoming environment for staff and residents alike.
Qualifications:
Experience in HR, Accounts Payable, and Payroll in a skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting preferred.
Strong Communication Skills for effective interaction with staff at all levels.
Attention to Detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
