Our Deposit Operations team is hiring! This position primarily works onsite in Latham, NY. Once trained, open to working hybrid, one day per week, at management discretion.

Typical hours, Monday- Friday 8-4:30pm.

Starting pay, $22-23/hr based on experience.

Serves as an administrator for the credit unions IRA/HSA program. Responds to questions, concerns, and complaints in an effective and pleasant manner by providing accurate information to members and staff. Serves as a resource for staff and members. Participates in projects and to refine procedures and operational practices.

• Maintains the share certificate accounts, including monitoring and administering the program.
• Daily processing of all manual payrolls including monthly reporting.
• Daily processing of share drafts. Prepares and transmits return report to Alloya.
• Daily processing of charge off shares report from ODP.
• Balance savings bond's redeemed to ensure proper credit from the federal reserve on a regular basis.
• Performs QC on account opening maintenance reports. Including but not limited to IRA transactions, share certificates, and other account maintenance as needed.
• Serve as a backup to Deposit Operations which includes but not limited to posting loan and deposit payments, research requests, verification of deposits, and return mail processing
• Provides WOW! Service in each interaction, consistent with the credit union's mission of exceeding expectations.
