This role is based in the brand new Walmart HQ campus in Bentonville, AR.
Join Walmart's eCommerce organization on the Site Content Strategy team as we build a legendary experience for Walmart's digital customers. This newly created position is charged with measuring and improving the customer shopping journey on Walmart.com including the development of site features and functionality that result in high quality digital experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who loves the challenge of starting from scratch, building within white space, establishing data infrastructure, process implementation, and working across multiple stakeholder teams to deliver a delightful shopping experience for Walmart.com customers.

Create strategic plans for the department; build perspective on KPIs and align resources of department to achieve targets
Lead development of a new suite of metrics and reporting to measure customer pathways and their effectiveness in partnership with insights and analytics partners
Develop mechanisms to detect customer defects and drop offs, measure impact, identify defect owner and drive for solution implementation via influence
Establish intake and governance process for new feature and functionality requests from cross functional partners; understand and clarify use case and problem statement
Lead development of new features including comprehensive business requirements; sizing and prioritization; technical development, testing and go-to-market planning in partnership with product, engineering, and UX counterparts
Implement effective change management strategies and training plans to gain adoption from multiple business functions
Identify key business issues and opportunities; communicate findings to senior leadership clearly and with influence to remove roadblocks and champion change
Develop and implement strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting, selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning
Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, project/program management, information technology, finance, computer science, or related area and 8 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area including 3 years' supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in business, program manager, computer science or related field

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
