Job Description:

Heritage Village of Clyde, owned and operated by Certus Healthcare, is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team!
This opportunity is open to both Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with a prior background in long term care. A prior background in long term care clinical management is a plus! The ideal candidate will have a background in infection prevention or has their infection preventionist certification.
This position has a typical schedule of Monday through Friday with a on call rotation as part of the clinical management team. This position starts with a negotiable salary of $80,000.00 a year depending on licensure.
