Job Description
The Supervisor of Consumer Auto Specialists provides oversight and accountability to all Consumer Auto Specialists, direction for day to day auto loan preparation, arrangement of loan closings, and ensures proper lien perfection for all titled collateral. In addition, the Supervisor of Consumer Auto Specialists maintains the Quality Control Exception Tracking Database with member/employee follow-up as necessary. The Supervisor of Consumer Auto Specialists provides oversight, direction, and technical support to all staff to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies and procedures. This position is responsible for supervising personnel, service levels, production goals, and member service.
Essential Functions
Oversee management of all Consumer Auto Specialists loan pipelines. Monitor workflow from approval to closing. Responsible for preparing and closing more complex loan requests including employee auto loans.
Manage the outstanding DMV Direct and Indirect Title report. Reaches out to DMV to clarify issues and determine proper course of action to resolve discrepancies.
Resolves difficult member issues regarding the processing and or closing of their loan application.
Daily staff supervision and support to include employee development through new hire training, one-on-ones, performance reviews, time card approvals, decision making, mentoring and coaching, etc.
Manage the loan exceptions identified through the Quality Control process. Fix and resolve issues to Ent standards.
Maintain thorough understanding of regulations, loan products, product parameters, procedures and current loan promotions.
Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.
Qualifications
Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position
Associate's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or similar.
5+ years' experience in Consumer Lending Processing, or motor vehicle titling / lien perfecting in a consumer lending environment, or motor vehicle titling from a title office or dealership.
1+ years' supervisory or team leadership experience
Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of a bachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of account experience could be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of work experience.
Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
Communication and coaching skills including the ability to train others, develop clear and concise policy, procedure, and training curriculum recommendations, verbally and in writing.
Ability to manage staff remotely.
Ability to accurately complete motor vehicle documents and fulfill requirements for all transaction types, including:
Private party purchases
Dealer purchases
Lease buy-outs
Refinance transactions
Free and clear titles
Ability to analyze member provided documentation, purchase orders, titles, lease buyout packets, verification of income, tax returns, and collection account information and recognize potential red flags/fraud.
Knowledge of all Consumer Auto loan products, compliance regulations, documentation requirements.
Organizational skills to manage multi-product, consistently turning pipeline.
Ability to analyze problems and take effective actions within organizational and regulatory guidelines.
Working experience with collateral analysis.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Analytical skills, problem solving, mathematical skills, good written and oral communication skills.

Additional Information
The pay range for this position is: $62,941 to $82,620 per Year (S15)
Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.
This position is eligible for an incentive plan.
