Rochester General Pediatrics Associates and Rochester Regional Health invites a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Physician to join our thriving team. This position offers a unique combination of outpatient pediatric clinic work at RGPA and inpatient pediatrics at Rochester General Hospital, providing a well-rounded clinical experience that supports both continuity of care and comprehensive patient management.



Position Highlights:

• 
  Dual Clinical Setting: Serve pediatric patients in a collaborative outpatient clinic environment at RGPA, and provide acute care in our pediatric inpatient unit at Rochester General Hospital.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outpatient pediatric care, focusing on well-child visits, preventive care, and chronic disease management.


• Participate in inpatient pediatric rounds and manage hospital admissions, working closely with pediatric and emergency medicine teams.


• Contribute to an environment that fosters collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth.


• Engage with community-based health initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and promote wellness.

Candidate Qualifications:

• MD/DO with board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics.


• New York State medical license (or eligibility to obtain licensure).


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for patient-centered care.


• Ability to work in both outpatient and inpatient settings, adapting to a range of clinical challenges.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Physician - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PAY RANGE: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
