Job Description:


As a Scrum Master in this contingent resource role, you will:

• Consult on and participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum or Agile frameworks.


• Contribute to large-scale planning related to Scrum Master deliverables.


• Review and analyze moderately complex Scrum Master challenges, requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.


• Assist in resolving moderately complex issues and consult with team members to meet Scrum Master deliverables.


• Leverage a solid understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.


• Collaborate effectively with client personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Scrum or Agile methodologies, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.

Additional Information:

• We are currently adjusting our gearing ratio and additional headcount is needed.
