JOB DESCRIPTION:





Working Model: Home-Based



• Lead cross-functional teams to drive project objectives and initiatives, including the development of roadmaps, key metrics, and success criteria.

• Develop comprehensive action plans with established milestones and deliverables.

• Provide regular status updates and reports to the hiring organization on project progress.

• Manage and communicate key timelines, ensuring alignment across teams.

• Manage and communicate key timelines and deliverables to execute strategic initiatives, while remaining focused on results.

• Collaborate with technical teams to understand system architecture and migration needs.



MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):


• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Proficiency in project management tools, e.g., Smartsheet, Asana

• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.



DESIRED SKILLS:


• Experience with system migrations and understanding of systems architecture.

• Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.

• Knowledge of strategic planning and execution.



EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (preferred).

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certification (a plus).
