Summary: The Electrical Engineering Supervisor will collaborate with senior engineering leadership to develop and implement strategic plans, processes, and systems. This role will work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Oversee a team of electrical technicians, delegating tasks and providing training and development.
Project Management: Plan, schedule, and manage electrical projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize electrical systems and processes, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
Quality Assurance: Enforce quality standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.
Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.
Exposure to various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures, noise, and vibration.
Work Environment:
Manufacturing facility environment.
Potential exposure to hazardous materials and equipment.
