Description: Job Title: Project Manager - Loan Servicing and Operations Support
Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) In-Office Days: Tuesday and Wednesday
Project Summary: We are seeking a contractor to support our loan servicing and operations support teams, focusing on commercial real estate loans and large syndicated loans.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage ongoing risk and issue management projects to ensure they stay on track.
Schedule and coordinate project meetings, ensuring proper attendance.
Develop and maintain project plans, identifying and engaging the appropriate subject matter experts for specific tasks.
Create and update PowerPoint presentations, assisting with the facilitation of meetings and presentations.
Projects:
Large Project: Involves collaboration with technology products and operations groups, engaging 40-50 team members.
Small Project: Requires tracking and coverage for a team of 10, including managing tasks during teammates' PTO.
Required Skills:
Strong project management skills.
Proficiency in MS SharePoint for creating repositories and consolidating team information.
Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint for creating and updating presentation decks.
Competency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and light data analysis.
Knowledge of banking and loan operations is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to synthesize complex information for leadership consumption.
