About the Team & Role
We're looking for an experienced Design Operations Program Manager to be part of our Product Design Operations & Planning team. This role reports to the Design Operations & Planning manager and is critical to ensuring our design teams successfully deliver on our commitments throughout the product creation process. As a team member , you will work closely with industrial designers, UX designers, user researchers, the color/material team, and more, and you will partner closely with engineering, software, marketing, and product management functions. We need someone who cares about building solid relationships, lives and breathes the details in everything they do and is a creative thinker who is comfortable quickly adapting to enable our design teams to focus on and drive the most critical work forward.

This is a hybrid position.Tuesday - Thursday onsite at our Framingham, MA facility and Monday/Friday WFH. Please indicate you are open to relocation if you are not within commuting distance.
