Your New Role
You'll be responsible for installation, operation, maintenance, and repairs to critical building systems, across HVAC, mechanical, electrical, AND plumbing. Managing contract and vendors project work. Additionally, the position involves working directly with tenants as their first point of contact responding to work orders in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction.
What You'll Need to Succeed
3+ years of Building Engineer experience.
Knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and ASHRAE procedures.
Ability to interpret blueprints and identify symbols and equipment.
Professional presentation, communication skills, and good work ethic.
Availability for after-hours calls when on duty.
