Job Description:

Advanced Systems Design is seeking a SharePoint Architect/Developer for our client located in Montgomery, AL.

This position is onsite in Montgomery, AL, and requires in-person availability starting day 1. 

Job Overview:

  • Seasoned SharePoint architect/developer with experience and expertise with the latest versions as well as M365.
  • Proficient in Power Platform development, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams, Cloud-Dataverse, Azure, Graph API, Canvas and Model driven apps.
  • Candidate should be able to function efficiently to meet with staff at all levels to gather proper requirements and create business intelligence and automation solutions that meet the needs of the customer.
  • Candidate should be proficient in the use of JSON, REST, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .NET technologies, SQL Server, SMS, IIS, Active Directory, Server Manager, Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design solutions to facilitate and exhibit UI/UX development professionalism.
  • Candidate should possess the ability to reverse engineer existing applications and develop superior solutions in their place in the Power Platform space.
  • They should be familiar with agile development methodology and exhibit the ability to work as part of a team while also being able to work independently.
  • Works closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
  • These solutions must be aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization’s architectural standards.
  • Involved in the full systems life cycle and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Makes recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code.
  • Responsibilities may also include participation in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation and buy vs. build recommendations.
  • Has experience in systems analysis, design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years’ high-level experience in all aspects outlined in the position description.
  • .NET technologies, SQL Server, SMS, IIS, Active Directory, Server Manager, Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design solutions to facilitate and exhibit UI/UX development professionalism.

Education Required:

  • Master's degree in computer science with a minimum of 8 years of high-level working experience.
