Role s ummary
LocaliQ is seeking an experienced and visionary SVP, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing initiatives and drive the company's growth trajectory. The SVP, CMO will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and oversee our Business Development Representative (BDR) and performance marketing programs. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record of accelerating growth and enhancing brand presence in the digital marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement overarching marketing strategies aligned with company growth goals
Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and identity to ensure consistency across all channels and in target markets
Run lead and demand generation initiatives-including managing BDR and SDR programs-to drive qualified leads and customer acquisition. Must utilize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, SEO/SEM, and events.
Collaborate closely with Product to define go-to-market strategies for new features and services.
Oversee customer feedback mechanisms and integrate insights into marketing plans.
Leverage data analytics to measure campaign performance and inform decision-making.
Set KPIs and regularly report on marketing metrics to the executive team.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor ' s degree in Marketing , Business Administration, or a related field.
An MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven success in the SaaS, MaaS (Marketing as a Service) , or technology sectors.
Skills & Competencies
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and demand generation.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $250,000 and $285,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications, and experience.
