Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist - French Speaking.

Responsibilities:


  • Payment Processing: Record and process incoming payments, including checks, wire transfers, and credit card payments

  • Client Communication: Communicate with both English and French-speaking clients regarding their accounts, invoices, and payment status; Address and resolve any billing issues or discrepancies

  • Collections: Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts; Implement and manage collection strategies to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices

  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and activities; Assist with month-end closing processes by providing relevant AR data and reports

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve any client issues affecting accounts receivable; Collaborate with the accounting team to improve and streamline AR processes







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate payment terms

  • Previous experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related financial role (minimum of 3 years)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
