Kforce has a client in Chantilly, VA that is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Administrator.
Responsibilities:
The ServiceNow Platform Administrator will configure, maintain, and support the ServiceNow platform with a focus on security, compliance, and automation
Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules, workflows, scripts, and interfaces to meet business needs in a DevSecOps environment
Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues and escalate to ServiceNow technical support as necessary
Conduct platform upgrades and patch management with a focus on security and compliance
Participate in ServiceNow platform testing, including planning, execution, and documentation of test results
Collaborate with business analysts and developers to ensure the platform meets their requirements in a DevSecOps environment
Provide technical support and training to platform users with a focus on security and compliance best practices
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow features and functionality with a focus on DevSecOps
The ServiceNow Platform Administrator will participate in ServiceNow community forums and user groups to share knowledge and best practices in DevSecOps
Contribute to the development of ServiceNow policies and procedures with a focus on security, compliance, and automation in a DevSecOps environment
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience
3-7 years of experience in ServiceNow administration, with experience configuring and supporting ITSM, ITOM, and/or other modules
Strong technical skills, including experience with scripting, web services, REST API, and database management
Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including knowledge of SOAP, JSON, and MID Server
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on security, compliance, and automation in a DevSecOps environment
Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and best practices, including experience with tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, and Docker
Ability to work collaboratively with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders in a DevSecOps environment.
Excellent communication and documentation skills with a focus on security, compliance, and automation in a DevSecOps environment
Experience with Agile and/or DevOps methodologies preferred
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
