The Administrative Director (AD) provides oversight for multiple hospital departments in the absence of unit management. Addresses patient care, staffing, and any other issues that may arise. The AD supervises nurses and staff and take administrative responsibilities and ensures adequate staffing for the oncoming shift, Handles occurrences during the shift, ensuring appropriate documentation and communication. Additionally, the AD determines the issues to be referred to the Administrator on call. Collaborates with patients, family members, and physicians to ensure needs are met and problems are resolved.
REQUIREMENTS:
1) Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
2) Registered Nurse currently licensed to practice professional nursing by the Montana State Board of Nurse Examiners.
3) Minimum of four (4) years of nursing experience
4) Demonstrates leadership abilities.
5) Ability to successfully pass Background Check and Drug Screen.

Salary is commensurate with up to 15 years of experience.
