Position Responsibilities:
* Oversee the entire grant proposal process, ensuring accurate and timely submissions by compiling, reviewing, and confirming all proposal documents meet requirements.
* Maintain and manage AIHEC's grants management system and track proposals through relevant online systems, coordinating any additional requests.
* Research and identify funding opportunities that align with TCU needs and AIHEC's strategic mission.
* Serve as a liaison between AIHEC and funders, coordinating grant change requests, budget revisions, and compliance with reporting requirements.
* Develop and update the Financial Conflict of Interest (FCOI) Policy as mandated by federal agencies and ensure accurate and up-to-date grant data.
* Oversee and manage the contract process for consultants and subrecipients, from inception to execution, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Demonstrated experience managing complex projects, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong oral and written communication skills, including familiarity with federal and electronic grant submission systems (e.g., grants.gov).
* Knowledge of higher education and issues related to tribal sovereignty is desirable.
* Experience working with government grants and/or non-profit organizations is highly valued.
* Proficiency with grant management software such as grants.gov, FastLane, BlackBaud, Amplify, or similar systems is preferred.
