Digital Photography Full-Time Lecturer Position
The Department of Art & Art History in the College of Arts and Sciences, University of Miami, is soliciting applications for a Full-Time Lecturer, non-tenure track position, in Digital Photography/Electronic media for academic year 2025-2026 with a start date of August 15, 2025.
The position will require the successful faculty member to teach four courses per semester (4/4) at the undergraduate level. A MFA in Photography and two years teaching experience at the college level are required, and as our program has fully transitioned to digital processes only, the ideal applicant will have a demonstrable understanding of current digital cameras and digital capture, along with experience in editing and printing images via Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom in a Mac OS environment. Professional/commercial experience, and knowledge of Studio lighting, inkjet printing, video editing, Capture One software, film scanning, etc. are preferred.
