SEMHC Marketing Intern Overview - Spring 2025
This internship is structured to provide college students with real-world work experience in a professional environment and assist them in preparing for their future careers. This position will be a hybrid schedule with on-site and remote work required at Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center sites in Indianapolis as well as off-site recruiting events as needed. This internship is unpaid; however, college credit may be received upon completion of the internship and hours are flexible depending on class schedules.

Job Description
Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center is currently seeking a Marketing Intern for Spring 2025 Throughout this internship, you will mainly support the Business Partner for Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center in collaboration with Eskenazi Health's Public Affairs department. Additionally, you will have exposure to Talent Acquisition, Compensation/HRIS, Benefits, Employee Relations, Eskenazi Health Institute, and Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assists with talent acquisition and employee relations marketing, including content planning and creation of internal and external communications materials
Assists with media and social media tracking, adapting outreach strategies as needed
Assists internal and external contacts to facilitate special events and candidate outreach
Assists with surveys and other types of market research
Assists with preparation and editing of communication pieces including mass mailings, handouts, newsletters, and written communications
Creating graphic representations of data and translating complex research into easily readable content
Attends events and presentations as needed
Requirements
Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program with an accredited post-secondary institution and have completed at least three (3) years of undergraduate education. The ideal candidate for this internship is a student majoring in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Organizational Development/Leadership, or related field.
