Analytical and Regulated Projects group within Department of Pharmaceuticals and Bioengineering Department supports the compliant and efficient operation of both analysis and GMP support for the department in addition to independent ongoing pharmaceutical operations.
Objectives of this Role:
Receive deliveries of materials and chemicals.
Maintain area in an orderly manner.
Order supplies and restock needed items.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
Receipt, inspection and logging of chemicals and supplies into the LIMS database.
Receive deliveries of materials and chemicals.
Sort deliveries to prioritize and login applicable deliveries into inventory management system.
Notify personnel to pick-up deliveries.
Staging gloves, vials, and other consumables in stockroom area.
Weekly restocking of consumables in lab corridors, conference room refrigerators, and safety glass dispensers.
Be able to respond to requests accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Laboratory or production facility experience is preferred
1-2 years: Related work in a professional environment
0-2 years: Experience with chemical inventory systems, inspection of incoming materials, upload of pertinent documentation
0-2 years: Operating in a compliant GMP (good manufacturing practices) position
A valid/clear driver's license is required.
Special Requirements:
Must be a U.S. person (i.e., U.S. citizen, non-U.S. citizen national, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) due to ITAR work in section.
