Developing spacecraft avionics and payload solutions for a diverse client base, utilizing leading edge technology.
Objectives of this Role:
Support design, analysis, documentation, verification, and test of digital electronics hardware for space applications including command and control, data storage, signal processing, and communications.
Participate in the full lifecycle design for related flight digital electronics in high reliability systems for space applications; perform analysis and implement designs from concept to hardware; work with team of full-time engineers.
Summer 2025 internship position.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
Learn from full-time staff that are responsible for design, test, and delivery of printed circuit boards, FPGA, and potentially, embedded processor designs; complete worst case timing analysis and other analysis necessary to justify related digital electronics.
Learn from full-time staff about the full PCB life cycle including providing direction to PCB designers/manufacturers, and working within an integrated project team with other disciplines such as packaging, parts, reliability, production and quality assurance.
Requirements:
Must be pursuing a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
0 years: Circuit Design, with emphasis on power electronics and/or digital design.
FPGA Development
A valid/clear driver's license is required.
