Greet clients, customers, and visitors in person, and manage incoming phone calls by directing them to the appropriate resource.
Oversee office operations to ensure efficiency, including managing mail, office supplies, kitchen stocking, postage.
Prepare meeting materials and packets for weekly company meetings by gathering information from leadership groups.
Provide ongoing administrative support to ;leadership, including handling project support, event coordination, personal errands, travel needs, and other tasks as required.
Coordinate logistics for conferences, including event space, travel, activities, and registration for marketing and investment team members.
Assist in marketing efforts for conferences, calling trips, and other events, including scheduling appointments, creating materials, and tracking follow-up activities.
Input data entries for client activities into the contact management system to ensure accurate records for weekly marketing reports.
Support marketing email campaigns by creating mailing lists, responding to inquiries, and tracking campaign responses.
Complete data entry for Accounts Payable by entering invoices into the general ledger and reconcile monthly credit card statements.
Prepare and reconcile expense reports for Managing Partners, including entering data into the expense management system.
Requirements:
2+ years of administrative support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
Experience with CRM systems.
Must be able to take initiative, and work within strict deadlines.
Must be able to present professionally in all aspects of communication.

Pay: $22-$29/hr + 10% annual bonus
Location: 100% onsite
