JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor data quality metrics to ensure business data and reporting needs are consistently met.
- Utilize strong technology, analytical, and communication skills to provide consultative leadership to business partners.
- Provide Level 1 & 2 support for business systems.
- Collaborate with business users and applications teams to analyze, prioritize, and document requirements, use cases, user stories, and workflows for technology requests.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop comprehensive analysis and documentation, ensuring effective communication across teams.
- Determine and employ the most suitable requirement types (e.g., use cases, stories, diagrams) to convey business needs.
- Perform rigorous quality assurance throughout the system development stages.
- Develop user test cases aligned with functional requirements and lead user acceptance testing evaluations.
- Ensure delivered products meet project charter success criteria; address gaps by evaluating impacts and determining resolutions with business input.
- Advocate for the benefits of new technologies or strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assess critical platform updates and new features to determine their value and benefits for our environment and users.
Requirements:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in analytics and Salesforce development; Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Proven track record in analytics with the ability to generate process documentation and actionable reports.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Tools.
- Thrives in collaborative environments while capable of independent work.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills with the ability to adapt to different environments.
- Proficient in facilitating remote or in-person interviews and group sessions.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficient in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with ITIL, Project Management, Agile, Waterfall Methodologies, and Salesforce Development best practices.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Lightning and Classic UIs.
