LB&B Associates Inc. is accepting applications for Access Control Guard I to support the E-2 C/D COMS/CIS contract. Incumbent employees are encouraged to apply.
Access Control Guard 1
Clearance: Must possess or be able to obtain a DoD TOP Secret clearance.
Access Control Guard shall perform duties listed below.
Monitor the facility Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and access control system. Report any security violation in accordance with local policy.
For those personnel that do not have command issued assess card, will check personnel against authorized Government Security web databases access roster(s) before, allowing personnel to badge through secure area access door.
Restrict building access to only personnel listed on an approved access list or are approved within Government Security web databases information.
Issue authorized Visitor Badges and maintain badge issue log, as required.
Directing visitors to proper event locations, offices, etc.
Receiving parcel deliveries.
Maintaining access logs, ensuring visitors sign in as appropriate.
Retain Government provided security access lists/databases.
Answering the telephone and responding to requests for information, transferring calls as appropriate, taking messages and posting same.
Notifying base fire, medical or security departments, as directed or required.
Participate in fire drills, as required.
Notify the base security, SSO / Building 507 Security Team, COR and Site Manager of any suspected breach of security/access policies.
Responding to appropriate requests for securing of intrusion alarms.
Verify personnel using access rosters, Government Security web databases, which incorporates the collection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
