In this role, you will:
Lead complex initiatives associated with payment credit risk management systems and processes for electronic payment products (ACH, Wires and various Treasury Management products)
Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives for payments platforms
Partner with Global Treasury Management business partners on documenting new product enhancements
Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexity
Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact
Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals
Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with Treasury Management products
Experience with payment risk management systems
Risk management and regulatory experience with systems and processes
Familiarity with Agile concepts and experience with Agile practices
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
Strong collaboration and partnering skills
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
