In this position, you'll be based in the Saint Paul, MN office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. A role you will love
The Account Associate II role supports the CCT Regulatory Services team. This department serves as an extension of the lines of business across CCT in the administration of their various products and services. Our goal is to enhance control, improve processes, and provide services that are consistent where possible and custom where necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Completing assigned tasks for the monthly, event based and annual SEC reporting processes, including managing communications with clients and external counsel for assigned Issuers and completing filings.
Completing regulatory reporting functions for monthly and quarterly reporting processes.
Reviewing governing documents for Regulation AB requirements and ensuring accurate setup in the system of record.
Compilation and delivery of annual compliance packages and review of compliance documents received from external parties.
Assisting with special projects and ad hoc requests for various processes handled by the team.

Some of your key responsibilities may include:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in trust, customer service, regulatory reporting or financial services
Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access)
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Problem solving and resolution skills
Communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Compensation . The base pay range for this role is $40,073 - $61,095. This base pay range is specific to Saint Paul, MN and Columbia, MD and may not be applicable to other locations. ulti-tasking, and prioritizing skills
