Administrative Assistant I
Recreation Department
$4,310.86 - $5,239.87 Monthly

The City of Patterson is seeking to fill one (1) full-time Administrative Assistant I position for the Recreation & Community Services Department. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude to work daily; have excellent customer service skills; ability to speak concisely and clearly to the general public, and have a willingness to help/assist department staff as well as other departments; Minimum qualifications: must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent supplemented with specialized training in office practices. Two (2) years of responsible general office support experience including customer service duties and the use of standard office equipment and software applications.

Successful candidates will be placed on an eligible list that may be used to fill future vacancies in other City departments.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:  Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent supplemented with specialized training in office practices.

Experience:  Two (2) years of responsible general office support experience including customer service duties and the use of standard office equipment and software applications.
