Your Next Career Opportunity – Real Estate Associate
Responsible for contacting landlords and assist Real Estate Acquisition Specialists in promoting real estate opportunities for Ground Lease Buyouts or Ground Lease Extensions.
What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
Research basic information for contacting potential sellers.
Manage assigned portfolio of tower sites and maintain accurate site notes using internal Customer Relationship Management software.
Consistently provide excellent customer service to both external and internal customers.
Self-motivated to maintain high phone contact rates with customers coupled with time management skills.
Accurately record, remember and verbally communicate detailed information.
Develop and maintain favorable relationships with new and existing customers in order to promote SBA’s acquisition and investment programs.
Follow up with key accounts, prospective Landlords and coordinate sales appointment scheduling for the Real Estate Acquisition team.
Assist management in developing systemic processes and best practices to facilitate prospective departmental development. Review and gather tenant leases, lease amendments, mortgages and other legal documents.
Serve as a problem solver who quickly grasps complex situations and turns them into manageable tasks.
Assist Management with fulfillment of periodic mailings and follow up on marketing initiatives and programs.
Other projects and duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
H.S. Diploma/GED Bachelor's degree preferred;
and 0-2 years customer service or sales experience, preferably in real estate.
