This position is a full-time position:
Schedule is Tuesday - Saturday (10 am - 6:30 pm)

Pines Village Retirement Communities is a nonprofit independent senior living community. We are looking for a Dining Service Cook to add to our team!

What you will do in this role:

You will work effectively and efficiently to provide Pines Village residents with excellent, quality food. Prepare lunch, dinner and desserts for daily and weekly menus. Interact with residents, seeing the joy in their faces when they taste the meal, you created!

What we need from you:

High School diploma or equivalent

Must have prior experience as a cook, in a central kitchen or senior facility.
Must carry an active ServSafe Certification
Knowledge of quality food production and servicing techniques, food safety/sanitation requirements and procedures.
Must have excellent customer service skills
Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal history background check
