JOB SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator will work closely with Director of Integrated Behavioral Health to acquire, organize, maintain, and update existing databases to ensure all funding requirements and grant reporting are compliant with regulations and standards. The Project Coordinator will assist with data collection and analysis to support care management outcomes and identify performance improvement opportunities. Project Coordinator supports the Director in gathering equipment, resources and information to implement upcoming projects. Their main duties include maintaining budgets and work schedules, organizing and participating in shareholder meetings and ensuring all deadlines for certain projects are met.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing and maintaining data collections procedures.
Using data mining to extract information from data sets.
Organizing and transforming information into comprehensive structures.
Using tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs.
Producing detailed reports that can also be readily understood.
Composes monthly progress report statistics
Develop and implement project plans and budgets to ensure successful execution.
Schedule and facilitate meetings between project stakeholders to discuss deliverables, schedules, and conflicts.
Manage completing demands and professionally adapt to frequent change, delays, and unexpected events.
Write technical narratives to document processes and design changes.
Keep projects on schedule by managing deadlines and adjusting workflows.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Ability to pay attention to detail when working with data.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to prioritize projects, work relatively independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Two-Year Associate Degree in computer science, business administration, math or another relevant field.
Strong computer or keyboarding skills.
High level of proficiency using spreadsheets and creating graphs from databases.
