Location: Southfield, MI
Description:
Network Real Estate Specialist | Southfield, MI (Hybrid) | 12+ Months Project
Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years and 2 days in the office however if policy changes that will change according to the company policy.
Must Have Skills:
- Knowledge of the Fuze
- Knowledge how to create and track POS
- Knowledge about RE regulatory
- Previous experience working in RE regulatory at least 2 years
Education/Certifications:
4 year degree
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing support to the network field group for purchase order lifecycle (create, modify, cancel, receive, accrue, invoice reconciliation, etc.)
- Ability to communicate effectively via written communications as well as displaying good interpersonal skills
- Submitting and tracking POs.
- Submitting regulatory and track progress on RE projects
