Description: The Judge Group is Seeking a Supply Chain Master Planner for a remote 6+ Month contract opportunity with a Pharmaceutical client.
Candidate must be Eastern Time Zone Based and able to overlap with Central European Time zone starting your day around 5 or 6 AM EST

Primary Role
Responsible for creating the master production schedule and coordinating the production, allocation, and distribution of commercial and/or clinical products from the manufacturing plant to the regions. This role requires balancing plant efficiency, patient requirements, and the company's financial needs.
Essential Functions
Generate and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) at all manufacturing steps from BDS/Paste to shipping, respecting manufacturing constraints and market needs (20%).
Understand the impact of supply plan deviations
Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and sales and operations planning to resolve supply bottlenecks. Identify corrective actions and follow up on their implementation. Prioritize and expedite product releases (15%).
Regularly maintain planning parameters in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Advanced Planning Systems (APS) to ensure accurate monthly planning results (10%).
Participate in projects to ensure long-term market supply, support launch management activities, and support the lifecycle management of existing products. Expedite and support activities for the geographical expansion of the company's products (5%).
Interact with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and commercial leads to ensure alignment of supply/demand with market needs (5%).
Support the Long Range Capacity Planning (LRCP) process (5%).
Act as the link between the supply chain and stakeholders in manufacturing, project management, finance, quality, process science, regulatory, and the market to meet established business goals. Align with manufacturing on capacity usage and provide input for budget/forecast cycles (5%).
Ensure that plant and field inventory levels meet customer service levels. Identify and resolve issues with excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory (5%).
Propose product reserves for short shelf-life products with high discard risk (5%).
Monitor execution against agreed supply plans and communicate any deviations to relevant stakeholders (5%).
Work on continuous improvement of supply chain planning tools (setup maintenance, report generation, and the overall planning process) (5%).
Ensure Value Stream Map (VSM) follow-up for one-site products and manage multi-site VSMs (5%).
Submit data and comments for the creation of supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPI)/reports (5%).
Support the usage and implementation of globally harmonized planning processes (5%).
Education & Experience Requirements
B.Sc/B.A or Master in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Business Informatics, preferably with a focus on Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Production Planning, Project Management, or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in production or supply chain planning (pharmaceutical industry) or related fields.
Excellent English language skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
