Role description:
Arcadis is looking for a full-time Principal Asset Management Regional Lead to join our National Asset Management practice to lead and direct the development of asset management programs across the states of Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Alabama, and Arkansas. This flexible hybrid role can be based in any Arcadis Florida office location.
The Principal Asset Management Regional Lead will work independently as well as on teams staffed with utility management consultants, IT professionals, planners, engineers, and scientists from various backgrounds, locations, specialties, and experience levels. Some tasks, such as addressing requests for assistance, require a combination of technical and non-technical skills. In this position you will need a strong intellect, the ability to articulate complex ideas persuasively and a talent for establishing and solidifying relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Role accountabilities:
This role will be responsible for leading and directing pursuits and the technical delivery of asset management programs for water, wastewater, stormwater and public works, while working with senior consultants and client staff to perform business process/work method assessments, conduct project research/data collection, perform analyses, and generate reports.
You will lead the performance of Gap Analyses and the creation of Asset Management Plans and Strategic Asset Management Plans that align with industry standards and current regulatory requirements. In addition to working directly with clients to determine needs and provide solutions to asset management challenges by applying industry leading tools and frameworks (Institute of Asset Management SAM+ Gap Analysis Tool, ISO 55000 Asset Management Framework).

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement. We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $116,000-$174,000/year. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
