We are seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to join our Norwood Towers Post Acute team. We have multiple day and night shift positions available with a pay range of $38-$44 per hour.

Position Overview: As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Norwood Towers Post Acute, you will supervise and coordinate the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to maintain the highest standards of care and contribute to the overall efficiency of our nursing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily nursing operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and facility policies.


• Assist in developing and updating nursing procedures and policies.


• Monitor and report on nursing service performance and compliance.


• Oversee staff schedules, assignments, and performance to ensure quality care.


• Participate in facility committees and quality assurance programs.


• Coordinate resident care plans, admissions, transfers, and discharges.


• Provide direct nursing care as needed and ensure proper medication administration.


• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.


• Support staff development through training and continuous education.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.


• Current, active RN license in the state.


• 2 years of nursing experience desirable, preferably in a long-term care or post acute setting.


• CPR certification preferred.


• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.


• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
