Your new role
Assist with recruitment processes, including candidate vetting, interview coordination, and employment contracts
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Support orientation and onboarding activities
Assist with benefits administration
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Handle general administrative duties related to HR functions
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
4+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Prior experience in HR or administrative work is crucial
