Hays Facilities Management are partnered with a leading Real Estate Investment firm to hire a Facilities Manager for their Hudson, WI location.
Your new role
The job duties of the Facilities Manager will include the following:
- Oversight of a 160K sq. ft medical office site, including MEP and Operations - Implement and maintain Preventive Maintenance plans/schedules
- Manage 3rd party service vendors as needed
- Perform regular site inspections, respond to tenants and manage up to Regional PM
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Strong background in PM's, HVAC, electrical (Medical/Healthcare background is needed) - Ability to handle both Hard and Soft service (Operational FM)
- Should have some experience with capital projects/renovations
- *Position requires an onsite presence at the Hudson, WI facility*
