What You Will Do
As a pivotal role in the QHS Technology & Data organization, reporting to the Head of Quality Health & Safety (QHS) Technology and Data Leader, this technology leader will be accountable for execution and delivery of the Ke nvue Quality lab applications and to ensure our systems are stable, modern, secure, and scalable. This role will be responsible for the vision and prioritization of investments and operational support of our Labs applications, to help translate business needs into realized value. This individual will be a key player in the design, delivery, and support or our applications in connection with our data and business teams.

What you will do
Responsibilities
Accountable technology and data leader Kenvue Quality labs applications in Kenvue, including Labware LIMS, Empower, SDMS, Compliance Builder, and Smart QC.
Drive continuous improvement and simplification for current application landscape and the processes our technology support.
Owner of vendor relationships for teams that support delivery of Quality labs technology objectives, including operational support.
Accountable for overall investment portfolio and financials throughout the business planning and financial management cycles.
Act as the Kenvue Lab of the Future program as technology leader and drive the investment strategy of Kenvue LIMS in partnership with the Labs business leader.
Ensure that target state systems will deliver an efficient and integrated labs ecosystem.
Understand and align business requirements to the technology solution to meet business needs.
Build a strong partnership with global and regional/site business leaders, site technology teams, enterprise architecture, and project teams to level set business requirements against a feasible project plan to deliver technical solution.
People leader for the QHS T&D Labs team, acting as line manager for labs technology product owners, solution delivery leads, and project managers.
Manage the strategic investments for the technology team (internal Kenvue teams, project managers, and vendor resources.
Ensure delivery of all system developments according to Kenvue's systems development lifecycle and compliance.
Overall budget owner for Quality Labs applications in Kenvue Tech & Data.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Degree with STEM and/or labs focus preferred.
A minimum of 10 years IT experience is required.
A minimum of 5 years people leader experience is required.
Technical subject matter expertise of Labware LIMS and/or Empower CDS systems is required.
A minimum of five (5) years in one or more applications is also required: Empower (CDS), NuGenesis SDMS, Xybion Compliance Builder, SmartQC, electronic lab notebook systems (ELN / LES), data archival, and/or significant QC laboratory experience.
Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and/or computer systems validation / instrument qualification is required.
Preferred system and process experience: SAP & operations transactional processes, QMS systems and processes, manufacturing processes and systems.
Ability to work in globally dispersed teams is required. Direct reports are spread across NA, EMEA, and APAC.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and to global stakeholders is required.
What's In It For You
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $182,000 - $247,000 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
