Vertiv is seeking a skilled and detail oriented ServiceNow Process Owner to manage and optimize our ServiceNow platform. As a Process Owner, you will play a critical role in ensuring best practices are implemented and maintained within our environment.
Responsibilities:
Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement. Propose enhancements and automation opportunities within the ServiceNow environment.
Process Ownership: Be the sole owner of specific processes within the ServiceNow platform.
Process Design and Optimization: Design, document, and continuously improve end-to-end processes. Ensure they align with business objectives and meet quality standards.
Incident and Problem Management: Handle incident and problem management processes within ServiceNow, including ticket creation, assignment, and resolution.
Service Catalog & Knowledge Maintenance: Maintain and enhance the Service Catalog, ensuring accurate service offerings, efficient request fulfillment, and up to date KB articles.
User Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on ServiceNow processes and functionalities. Address user inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to process performance.
Documentation: Maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about ServiceNow updates and best practices. Propose enhancements to keep processes efficient and aligned with industry standards.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and ensure process alignment.
Requirements:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration, specifically focused on process management.
ServiceNow Knowledge: Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as CSM, MCO, SPM, ITOM Visibility & CMDB
Process Mapping: Ability to map business processes and translate them into ServiceNow workflows.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with end-users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
Certifications: ServiceNow certifications a plus but not required
