The Warranty Program Manager will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the warranty programs by focusing on data-driven insights and process optimization. This position centers on developing strategies to improve the customer experience through program and process enhancements to optimize operational efficiency in a high-volume, customer-focused environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Focus: Review and analyze processes with the goal of enhancing the customer experience through efficiency gains and process improvements, ensuring customer satisfaction remains a priority.
Program Analysis: Analyze existing warranty programs to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend changes that align with business goals and customer needs.
Process Optimization: Evaluate current warranty processes, identify inefficiencies, and provide data-driven recommendations to streamline operations.
Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Product Development, Sales, and Customer Support, by providing insights and data to support warranty-related initiatives.
Reporting & Metrics: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and other reporting tools to monitor the effectiveness of warranty programs and communicate findings to senior management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3 years of Program and Project Management experience.
Strong experience in data analysis and process improvement, preferably within a warranty or customer service environment.
Advanced knowledge of Power BI or other analytics and reporting platforms, with the ability to create dashboards and generate insights from data.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, generate insights, and develop actionable strategies.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data and recommendations to various stakeholders.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Experience in a high-volume, customer-focused environment.
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in warranty management.
Certification in Data Analytics, Project Management (PMP), or Six Sigma is a plus.
