The Program Manager will play a key role in driving the success and expansion of growth initiatives within the North America service organization. The Program Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating growth programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across multiple teams. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the organization to meet strategic goals and promote the growth of key service programs in the region.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead growth programs within the North America service organization, ensuring the successful delivery of programs on time and within scope.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, sales, and service, to align program activities with organizational goals.
Monitor and track program progress, addressing any challenges or obstacles to ensure timely execution and high-quality outcomes.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Drive continuous improvement in program management processes to enhance performance and operational efficiency.
Serve as the key point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, milestones, and any potential risks.
Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure that the growth programs align with broader business strategies and objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations throughout all program activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within the power systems, energy, thermal, HVAC or related industries.
Demonstrated experience managing and delivering large, complex projects across cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and regions.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to navigate challenges and drive program success.
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of the power system, energy, industrial, thermal, HVAC or related industry is a plus.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
