Basic Job Functions:


The Finishing Lead Person will assist the Supervisor and the crew in all areas of the day to day operation of the crew. They will take a leadership position at all times in the areas concerning Safety, Quality, Yield, Housekeeping, and Productivity. The Lead Person will be expected to have or gain a working knowledge of every position on the crew, including the Supervisor role. This position will work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.




Minimum Requirements:


3-year previous Finishing experience
